Four writers meet at a cafe in Paris to eat and critique their work. One is a young woman who recently moved from Mumbai who writes screenplays. One is an American with French parents who always wanted to live in Paris. One is an American financier who suddenly finds writing is more important to him than he ever thought possible. At first they distrust each other--they don't even like each other. Things happen in their lives--and they get to know each other.
